Return and Refund Policy

Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, items are under the manufacturer’s warranty, if any exists. Manufacturer’s warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened. Sealed retail boxed items are not returnable once opened.

All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. The customer agrees to be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. Licenses, digital goods, services, or non-physical goods such as service contracts or agreements are not returnable.

All replacements are shipped ground unless paid by the customer for a faster method. Premium shipping charges are non-refundable.

Physically damaged products are not returnable. Please notify the shipper immediately if you receive damaged merchandise.

Products Damaged in Transit/Shipping

If you receive a package/box that shows obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment/package. The shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) is responsible for these damages, not you. Upon opening the package, if you discover that the item was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately for an inspection. Then please contact RWTechMedia, and we will file a claim.

If you receive a damaged package/box, you must report it to RWTechMedia within 2 business days. If you fail to report it within 2 business days, RWTechMedia will not be responsible for the damage claims.

Defective/DOA

If you receive a defective/DOA item, a replacement will be shipped to you. For RMA claims of dead-on-arrival products, a 50% RMA fee will be issued if the product is found to be working.

Do not attempt to send something other than what we sent you. All shipments and serial numbers are scanned and/or video recorded prior to shipment.

Before you return a product, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from RWTechMedia’s RMA department. Products returned without an RMA number are not considered as returns. RWTechMedia must receive all incoming merchandise within 10 days; otherwise, the RMA will be void.

Restocking Fees

  • If the product is in new condition with an unopened original box: 20% Restocking Fee
  • If the product is in new condition with an opened original box (comes with all accessories): 30% Restocking Fee
  • If the product is in new condition but missing the box or any accessories (such as cables, brackets, etc.): 50% Restocking Fee
  • If the order is sent for processing and the customer cancels the order: 30% Restocking Fee (will be charged based on the total amount of the order)
  • If the product is in used condition, returned for “No longer needed” or similar reasons: up to 80% Restocking Fee

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Tax will be refunded.
