Shipping

RWTechMedia will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

Final Sale and Non-returnable Items

All final sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include licenses, software, digital content, prepaid cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, consumable items including batteries, ink and 3D printer filament, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, or missing major contents.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, please contact us.

Returns with Opened Boxes, Missing Packaging, or Accessories

If you have opened the original box or do not have all the original packaging or accessories, we can still process a return with deductions applied to your refund:

Restocking Fees

• If the product is in new condition with an unopened original box: 20% Restocking Fee
• If the product is in new condition with an opened original box (comes with all accessories): 30% Restocking Fee
• If the product is in new condition but missing the box or any accessories (such as cables, brackets, etc.): 50% Restocking Fee
• If the product is in used condition, returned for “No longer needed” or similar reasons: up to 80% Restocking Fee

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Tax will be refunded.

Types of Personal Information We Collect

• Contact Information: Allows us to communicate with you, such as your name, postal addresses, email addresses, social media website user account names, telephone numbers, or other addresses at which you receive communications from or on behalf of RWTechMedia.
• Transaction Information: Information about how you purchase and redeem items or services.
• Financial Account Information: As needed to process payments for RWTechMedia purchases. Your Credit / Debit card information will be secured and will not be stored anywhere by RWTechMedia as it’s processed directly through a virtual terminal like “PayPal.”

We may ask you for Personal Information and Financial Information when you register, subscribe, create an account, order, or otherwise interact with our sites or contact us.
